• Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per year, plus bonus

I Need Staff Today Limited is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading lettings and sales agency in Telford for an Experienced Lettings Manager.

This is an opportunity to join an established agency and take on a key role in managing its lettings operation. The successful candidate will bring relevant lettings experience, strong organisational skills and a professional approach to working with landlords, tenants and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day lettings operation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Support the smooth management of the property portfolio
• Help deliver a high standard of service and meet business targets

About you

You will have experience in lettings management, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
