Your Role Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities Support childrens development across all areas of learning Complete observations and contribute to learning journeys Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times ?? Requirements ? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred) ? Previous nursery or early years experience ? Good understanding of the EYFS ? Positive, caring, and professional approach ? Strong communication and teamwork skills ? Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one ?
