Job detailsJob descriptionCorporate Tax Manager | Broad Advisory Role Want significantly more corporate tax advisory work without becoming narrowly focused on transactions?This role gives you the breadth.You will advise on restructures, M&A, management buyouts, tax due diligence, succession planning, capital allowances and R&D, alongside managing and reviewing more complex corporate tax work.The client base is equally varied, including entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, investment companies, landed estates and international groups.The firmThe firm is part of a growing accountancy and business advisory group that has expanded its regional presence and wider tax capability in recent years.
