Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am6:00pm
The Director of Property will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisations property portfolio, with responsibility for Property Management, Facilities & Asset Management and Standards
Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Director of Property will establish clear standards, strengthen operational performance, optimise commercial outcomes, and ensure the estate is safe, compliant, well maintained, and aligned with customer and organisational expectations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive property strategy that supports organisational objectives and maximises the performance, resilience, and long-term value of the estate.
Lead the continuous improvement of property and asset management practices, ensuring a proactive approach to risk, lifecycle planning, investment, and operational performance.
Provide strategic oversight of property management performance across the estate.
Ensure consistently high standards of service delivery, customer engagement, compliance, and operational risk management.
Establish clear performance measures and accountability, driving continuous improvement across the property function.
Lead the Facilities and Asset Management functions to ensure buildings, infrastructure, and associated services are safe, efficient, compliant, resilient, and fit for purpose.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and asset performance.
Establish and maintain high standards across the estate, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, safety, and service.
Maintain strong financial controls, budget management, and commercial accountability across the function.
Provide inspirational leadership across Property Management, Facilities & Asset Management, Estate & Standards, and Procurement.
About You
The successful candidate will bring significant senior leadership experience within the property sector, with a proven track record of leading complex property operations and delivering high standards across diverse or mixed-use estates.
You will have:
Significant senior leadership experience across property management, asset management, facilities management, estate operations, and service delivery .
A proven track record of leading complex estates or mixed-use property portfolios, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership, service charge management, cost control, procurement, contract negotiation, supplier management, and delivery of value-for-money outcomes .
Professional Qualifications
A relevant professional qualification or membership is desirable, such as RICS, IWFM, TPI, IRPM , or an equivalent qualification in property, facilities, asset management, or leadership.

Salary £125,000 to £135,000
