Mechanical Estimator Loughton, Essex £90,000 + Package | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join an award-winning MEP contractor with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of complex sectors. Based from the company's Loughton office, this position offers the opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team, supporting the delivery of competitive, commercially robust tenders across a diverse project portfolio while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The Role: * Preparation of mechanical estimates from enquiry through to submission * Review of tender documentation, specifications, and drawings * Liaising with supply chain partners and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations * Producing accurate cost plans, take-offs, and pricing submissions * Supporting value engineering exercises and commercial reviews * Working closely with operational and pre-construction teams throughout bid stages What We're Looking For: * Previous experience within a Mechanical Estimator position within the MEP sector * Strong understanding of mechanical building services and tender processes * Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tenders within fast-paced environments * Strong communication and stakeholder management capability What's On Offer: * £90,000 salary + package * Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days remote * Opportunity to join an award-winning and growing business This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator looking to join a well-established contractor offering flexibility, project exposure, and long-term career development.
