Warehouse Operative

Right match Recruitment Group is working with a wholesale company to recruit motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative for their busy site in Erith/Belvedere,Dartford. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment with the potential for ongoing work. Key Responsibilities: Accurately picking and packing customer orders Loading and unloading deliveries Stock replenishment and rotation Labelling, scanning, and processing goods Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if required) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Assisting with stock checks and inventory control Preparing goods for dispatch in line with customer requirements Palletising and shrink-wrapping goods as needed Supporting colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met Requirements: Minimum 1 year's warehouse experience (essential) Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and with a positive, can-do attitude Flexible approach and willingness to learnIf this opportunity sounds right for you, we would love to hear from you.
