About the Role As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where every child can thrive, develop independence and reach their full potential. Deliver creative and engaging learning experiences aligned to the EYFS framework Support children's social, emotional and academic development Use assessment effectively to inform planning and next steps Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture About You We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development Is warm, patient and committed to inclusive practice Has high expectations for all children Is creative, reflective and eager to develop professionally Thrives in a diverse and community-focused setting About Lift Noel Park Lift Noel Park, part of Lift Schools, is a vibrant and inclusive academy based in North London, which opened on 1st September 2012, the school serves around 600 children aged 3 to 11.
