Join our team as a Head of Quality and lead the Quality Assurance and Laboratory Teams. This role is crucial in providing specialist support to ensure the safety, legality, and quality of our products. You will play a key role in strategic planning and support for achieving factory and business objectives.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the Department Head for Quality Assurance and Laboratory, controlling budgets and setting strategic direction.
• Provide a support service to the manufacturing operation to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, food safety, and legal requirements.
• Promote a Quality culture within the business and provide technical support to factory and business projects.
• Lead activities to drive quality and efficiency improvements.
• Establish positive relationships with relevant Regulatory Authorities.
• Ensure that specifications and HACCP principles are in place to deliver safe products.
• Lead the Central Laboratory function to establish comprehensive, cost-effective testing regimes in support of HACCP verification and demonstration of ‘due diligence’.
