A prestigious luxury jewellery brand is seeking a highly organised and proactive Shipping & Administration Coordinator to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in shipping, logistics or customs administration to work within the luxury jewellery sector.
The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing customs documentation and ensuring valuable stock is moved securely and efficiently.
Alongside shipping responsibilities, the position will provide administrative and operational support to the wider business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate international imports and exports of high-value jewellery and luxury goods.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, proforma documentation, letters of instruction, ATA Carnets and certificates of origin.
- Ensure shipments comply with relevant customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Determine appropriate customs procedures, tariff classifications and duty treatment for international shipments.
- Review customs entries and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Pack and prepare valuable jewellery shipments securely and to a high standard.
- Liaise with couriers, logistics providers and other external partners.
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
- Take responsibility for shipments from initial planning through to successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, customs coordination or a similar position.
- A good understanding of UK customs procedures and international shipping requirements.
- Strong IT skills and confidence working across different systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Experience within jewellery, luxury goods or another high-value product environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience using an enterprise ERP system would be beneficial but is not essential.
