Machine Operator

Shift Pattern: 6 on, 3 off rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm Job Overview We are looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join the production team at our client. This role involves operating and programming manufacturing machines, carrying out quality checks, and packing finished products to meet production targets and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program production machinery. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments where required. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specification. Identify and report any faults or quality issues. Pack finished products safely and accurately. Complete production documentation and records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to achieve production targets. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating environment is preferred. Experience programming or setting production machinery is advantageous. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work rotating shifts. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer Competitive pay of £13.92 per hour.
