Pastoral Officer - Full-Time | Lewisham Are you an experienced and passionate Pastoral Officer looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking school? A fantastic school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a pastoral role, strong knowledge and understanding of pastoral support, and a genuine commitment to helping students thrive both academically and personally. A relevant degree is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality pastoral support to students Build positive relationships with students, families and staff Support student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and engagement Identify concerns and provide appropriate interventions Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals where required Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and pastoral processesWhy join?
