They are looking for a Building Services Manager to coordinate mechanical and electrical services from design through to completion. About the Role You will manage building services design, installation, commissioning and handover, working closely with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors to achieve programme, quality and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical and electrical services across assigned projectsCoordinate design information, technical submissions and programme requirementsManage M&E subcontractors and specialist suppliersReview drawings and identify coordination or buildability issuesChair building services and coordination meetingsMonitor installation quality, progress and complianceManage technical queries, RFIs and design changesCoordinate testing, commissioning and handoverEnsure building services works meet health and safety and quality standardsSkills and ExperienceBuilding Services Management experience within constructionStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsExperience managing specialist subcontractorsAbility to coordinate design, installation and commissioningStrong planning, leadership and communication skillsWillingness to work across different project locationsBenefitsPermanent opportunity with an established construction businessExposure to projects across multiple sectors and locationsResponsibility across the full building services lifecycleCollaborative role with design, commercial and delivery teamsLong-term career development
