This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take a strategic lead in shaping employability outcomes for students, working at the heart of an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

As Director of Employability and Entrepreneurship, you will play a pivotal role in bridging education and the world of work. You will lead on building strong partnerships with employers, supporting students to understand and access a wide range of career pathways including employment, apprenticeships and further progression routes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local, regional and national employers
• Providing high-quality employability advice and guidance to students across a variety of sectors
• Designing, arranging and hosting career events, employer engagement activities and employability seminars
• Inspiring students by showcasing different career routes, industries and apprenticeship opportunities
• Acting as a key point of contact between the education provider and industry partners
• Supporting the organisation's wider employability and enterprise strategy

About You
