They ideally seek ambitious individuals they can invest in and commit to long term, to both support them in developing their careers whilst sharing in a unified goal to continually improve the company.ResponsibilitiesUndertaking a varied caseload of rent / lease renewal work for public and private sector clients.To undertake all aspects of L&T work concerning a wide range of property types.Attend client update meetings and helping to develop new business through new and existing contacts.Providing professional, high quality reports and advice to established clients.Actively demonstrating a good level and high standard of Landlord & Tenancy knowledge and experience.A skilled operator both independently and within a team environmentMentoring graduates and junior staffA comprehensive understanding of RICS and the legal requirements accompaning L&T reporting.RequirementsComprehensive knowledge of valuation methodologyStrong analytical and report writing ability.Demonstrable experience either in private practice or a Valuation Office Agency setting. Candidates should be a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.Candidates should demonstrate a minimum of 2/3 years PQEMust be prepared to travel to sites on a regular basisAny Qualified staff must undertake Continual Professional Development.Good interpersonal skills and manner, a willingness or capability to engage in business development activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the correct mix of attributes to step into both a supportive environment and dynamic business and build a long term career.All applications are treated in the strictest confidence,Sector: Construction ConsultancyReference: BH1978
