Account Manager

Internal Account Manager -  Office based - Coalville area - Full Time - Permanent role - Salary £30,000 - £32000 per annum Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone, working closely with the sales team and clients. Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service. Dedicated point of contact for customer communications. Responsible for daily management of customer accounts on various portals. Provide administrative support for the Sales Managers. Monitoring stock levels and client forecasts. Manage the complete customer order process, from enquiry to order, manufacture through to delivery. Effectively communicate with both customers and suppliers. About you -  You will be a team player Able to work on your own initiative Manage a busy workload and effectively prioritise. Good written and verbal communications skills and telephone manner. Experience of managing customers in a product/ service orientated business. Excellent attention to detail. Flexible, positive, "can do" attitude.
