About Your New Job
As a Property Supervisor, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a student accommodation property, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture built on professionalism and service excellence.
Take ownership of safety, compliance, and facilities management, including regular inspections, maintenance coordination, and emergency response.
Manage occupancy, resident administration, check-ins/check-outs, and collaborate with university and welfare teams to support students experiences.
Supervise financial operations including budgeting, rent collection, cost control, and drive occupancy and revenue in partnership with sales and marketing.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including universities, contractors, landlords, and local authorities.
Represent the property at events, open days, and within the wider community.
What Skills You Need
Previous experience in property management, student accommodation, hospitality, or residential operations.
Demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems and manage priorities.
Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets.
Confident with IT, property management systems, and Microsoft Office.
