Level 3 Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) 📍 East Sussex 🕒 Full-Time 📅 Start Date: September 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in East Sussex from September 2026. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment. Requirements Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). At least 6 months of experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A patient, caring, and supportive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Role Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities. Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
