We’re currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Salford who are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher from September 2026 for a long-term, full-time position. This role would suit both ECTs starting their teaching career and experienced Maths teachers looking for a stable role within a supportive department. What To Expect From The Role! You’ll be teaching Maths across KS3 and GCSE, delivering engaging lessons that encourage participation and support students of all abilities. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback Create a positive and focused classroom environment Support students academically and encourage confidence in Maths Work collaboratively with the wider Maths department What The School Are Looking For in Applicants: QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and GCSE level Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching A genuine passion for helping students succeed Right to work in the UK ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
