Content Marketing & Social Marketing Manager (LinkedIn) - B2B Theale (3 days/week in office) | Permanent Are you a sharp storyteller with a track record of turning LinkedIn into a real growth engine for B2B brands? We're looking for a Content Marketing & Social Marketing Manager to take ownership of our organic social strategy and build a high-impact, always-on content engine that drives awareness, credibility, and demand. This is a brand-new role with real scope to shape how we show up in the market. What you'll be doing: 🧭 Own and evolve our LinkedIn and organic social strategy 🚀 Build and run a consistent, high-performing publishing engine ✍️ Craft compelling, scroll-stopping content with strong narratives and clear CTAs 📣 Support executive visibility (CEO & SLT) with impactful thought leadership content 🧩 Align social with brand, campaigns, and corporate storytelling 📊 Track performance and continuously optimise for real business impact What we're looking for: Proven success growing LinkedIn (or similar) into a meaningful B2B channel A bias for action: testing, learning, and iterating quickly Exceptional copywriting skills - able to simplify complex ideas into engaging content Deep understanding of LinkedIn formats, algorithms, and community-building Experience shaping content for both brands and senior stakeholders Why join?
