The role will sit at the intersection of the litigation and private client teams, allowing for a tailored focus depending on individual strengths and experience.The RoleYou'll advise on the full spectrum of contentious probate matters, including:Challenges to wills and trustsClaims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) ActDisputes involving executors, trustees, and beneficiariesCapacity and undue influence claimsEstate administration disputesThe firm is open to candidates at Legal Director level or Senior Associates ready to step up.
