Property Manager/Senior Location - Bromley Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Licence and car required (On site parking)

A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

About the role: Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration. Co-operating with the Lettings Team Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation

Gas Certs, EICRs etc. Attend Property inspections

Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritise a busy workload. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent attention to detail.
