Creative Psychology Graduate

Aspire People are recruiting for a creative and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to support pupils within a primary school setting. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and inclusive education. Schools are increasingly recognising the value Psychology graduates can bring when supporting pupils with additional needs, communication barriers, anxiety, and SEMH challenges. The role will involve working closely with teaching staff to support children both academically and emotionally, helping to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Graduates with interests in mental health, behavioural development, SEND, or pastoral support are strongly encouraged to apply.
