The role will initially focus on a major fast-track project, providing the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant mechanical installation whilst joining a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat business across the South Coast and wider region.

Mechanical package values typically range from £1m to £4m, alongside larger and more complex projects with mechanical values exceeding £10m.

The Role Senior Mechanical Project Manager You will take ownership of major mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, support commercial performance, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
