Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor An exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of major fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: * Leading all commercial aspects of large-scale projects * Managing and mentoring commercial team members * Developing commercial strategies to maximise project performance * Overseeing procurement, subcontract management, and final accounts * Managing client relationships at senior level * Preparing and presenting commercial reports to senior management * Identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation * Ensuring projects achieve financial and contractual objectives Ideal Candidate: * Extensive experience within commercial fit-out or main contracting * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Proven track record of delivering commercially successful projects * Excellent contractual knowledge and commercial acumen * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects Interested?
