We work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver best-in-class procurement support and drive value for easyJet.THE ROLEAs Lead Procurement Manager – Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Commercial and Corporate functions, with a particular focus on the Inflight Retail programme and Distribution. You will work closely with the Commercial Leadership team, managing a portfolio of spend across Commercial and other related areas.Your responsibilities will include:Completing spend and market analysis to inform procurement strategyDeveloping stakeholder and supplier engagement plansLeading full tender processes, including drafting templates for new and renewed contractsManaging supplier relationships to ensure best value and performanceActing as a proactive business partner to the Commercial team, providing procurement support and advice to achieve strategic objectivesSupporting the management of supplier relationships and ensuring adherence to procurement policy and supplier management frameworksDelivering best-in-class contract terms and minimising risk in the supply baseImproving supplier service and performance, and raising the profile of procurement within the businessReducing cost base for allocated categories and driving proactive business partnering and category planningQualificationsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORDemonstrable experience in commercial procurement and category managementProven ability to lead complex procurement activities and challenging negotiationsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levelsStrategic thinker with the ability to understand market dynamics and create innovative solutionsExperience in managing end-to-end tender processes and understanding complex contract scopesStrong business acumen and determination to deliver resultsUnderstanding of revenue and how third-party contracts support revenue improvement, including new revenue streams and ROIExperience in leading procurement activities for revenue partnerships is an advantageSelf-starter with drive, tenacity, and the ability to hit the ground runningWHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURNUp to 20% maximum bonus7% pension contributionsMedical Cash PlanExcellent staff travel benefits25 days of annual leave plus bank holidaysAnnual credit towards an easyJet holidayVarious flexible benefits and extrasPRACTICALITIESThis full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
