Mobile Warden (Nights) - FLK14340

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Mobile Emergency Care Service (MECS) on a temporary nightshift basis , delivering vital support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes. As a MECS Nightshift Worker, you will respond to emergency requests for assistance from service users across the Falkirk Council area. Responding to emergency calls such as falls or medical needs Are experienced in social services or have a passion for helping people Understand the impact of ageing and disability on individuals’ lives Are excellent team players who can also work independently and without supervision Are flexible , reliable, and resilient While previous experience delivering personal care is desirable, it’s not essential – full training will be provided. Training & Qualifications You will receive comprehensive training , both formal and informal, including: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards this) Extended personal care training A full, clean driving licence The ability to work nightshift and lone work This post is temporary until March 2027 to cover a temporary project.
