COMMERCIAL GAS MANAGER, Salisbury - £50-60K - Unique opportunity for a Commercial Gas Manager in Salisbury. Duties for the position of Commercial Gas Manager include managing the Service & Maintenance works and projects. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will review, improve, and develop the systems and processes of the commercial heating department, thereby maximising revenue, and profitability, whilst delivering an excellent service to clients. You will need a well-rounded understanding of the importance of delivering clients’ needs, capturing, and billing all work carried out by the department, minimising costs, and releasing efficiencies by effective logistics and field workforce management. You will support, mentor, and develop your team, maximising performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, creating personal development plans and engendering a positive and collaborative work culture.
