Salary: 45k-50k
45 hour contract, Paid Overtime.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Manage budgets, costs, and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints professionally
