Location: Toome, Northern Ireland Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Role Type: Permanent - RTW in the UK required About the Role We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers to join a well-established and respected manufacturing business. This role involves operating a forklift truck to safely transport materials throughout the production facility, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring production lines remain supplied with the materials they need.   Benefits Four-day working week (Monday to Thursday) Company pension Employee referral scheme Career progression opportunities Long-term career prospects Modern manufacturing facility Free on-site parking Full uniform and PPE provided Duties Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently Load and unload deliveries and trailers Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the site Ensure production areas are supplied with materials as required Carry out daily pre-use equipment inspections Store materials accurately and maintain warehouse organisation Assist with stock movements and inventory control Follow all health and safety procedures at all times Support warehouse and yard operations as required Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong understanding of health and safety practices Good attention to detail and organisational skills Reliable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business offering long-term stability, competitive pay, a four-day working week, and genuine career progression opportunities.
