We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, guest-focused venue in London.
This is a great opportunity to take a leading role on the floor, support the management team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
About Us
Situated on a quiet side street near the elegant St Peters Square, The Carpenters Arms is an independent nineteenth-century pub with authentic and classic interiors, delicious seasonal food and a friendly team to welcome you.
A stones throw from the Thames, come and enjoy an afternoon or evening by the fire or in the beautiful sun trap secret garden.
The Role
As Floor Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of service. You will lead the floor team during shifts, ensure excellent standards are maintained, and help deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the floor team during busy service periods
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Lead by example and maintain strong team performance
Support with training and development of staff
Handle guest queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Assist with rota execution and daily shift organisation
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 years experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, proactive approach to service
Ability to xwzovoh work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Flexible to work evenings and weekends - Floor Supervisor
