Vacancy detailInsurance Architect75,000.00 GBPHybrid WORKINGLocation: Central London, Greater London – United Kingdom Type: PermanentInsurance ArchitectSalary: Up to 75,000 + benefitsLocations: London, Bristol or BathWorking pattern: Hybrid, with travel to client sitesLevel: Consultant / Associate ManagerWe are recruiting an experienced Insurance Architect to join the Insurance and Financial Services practice of a leading global consultancy.You will help shape and deliver complex digital transformation programmes for major insurers, life and pensions providers, wealth managers and financial-services organisations.The roleAs an Insurance Architect, you will:Develop current-state and target-state architectures, transition plans and technology roadmaps.Produce solution designs, integration patterns, capability maps and architecture documentation.Work across applications, data, cloud, integration, AI and cyber security.Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.Support cloud migrations, platform transformations and digital change across areas such as underwriting and claims.Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on architecture and platform decisions.Contribute to proofs of concept, thought leadership and internal capability development.Collaborate with wider consulting, technology and delivery teams.What we’re looking forAt least five years’ experience in technology-focused roles.Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.Knowledge of solution or technical architecture across applications, integration, data, cloud or security.Understanding of data modelling, governance, migration, integration and visualisation.Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to both business and technical audiences.Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.Experience with one or more of the following would be highly desirable:GuidewireDuck CreekSapiensFNZSS&CPershingSalesforceMicrosoft DynamicsAI or GenAI-enabled transformationPackageSalary up to 75,00030 days’ annual leavePrivate medical insuranceThree additional days of leave for charitable workExtensive training and career-development opportunitiesApply today or contact me directly for a confidential discussion.Reference: AMC/WMO/IAAPostcode: SW1#wimoApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
