About you Valid NEBOSH Certification or equivalent Occupational Safety qualification Proven experience in safety supervision or management within a similar industry Skilled in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong communication and organisational capabilities Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and able to deliver effective training programs Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines A proactive approach to continuous safety improvement What you'll do Develop and implement the organisation's health and safety strategy to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence Manage, mentor, and support the safety team across multiple sites Conduct risk xwzovoh assessments, site audits, and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement Create, review, and update policies, procedures, and safe systems of work Promote a positive safety culture through leadership engagement, training initiatives, and employee involvement Work closely with internal teams, external regulators, and contractors to uphold safety standards and expectations For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
