Site Commissioning Engineer — LV Switchgear

£45,000 – £58,000 DOE, plus company vehicle, accommodation, overtime and all expenses
Are you an electrician who's spent years installing and testing LV switchgear, and wants to get onto the commissioning side properly?
This is one of those roles that doesn't come up often. Our client is an established independent switchgear and busbar engineering house with two senior commissioning engineers in place, and they're bringing three new engineers in to train to their own standards and procedures.
You won't be thrown in. You'll be developed into full Level 2 to Level 4 and integrated systems testing by people who've been doing it for years. Most firms poach finished commissioning engineers rather than build them, which is exactly why the people who have those skills are so hard to replace.
