Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major rail and civil engineering projects across Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior QS who wants to take genuine commercial ownership, work on high-profile infrastructure projects and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful delivery team. The project portfolio includes rail infrastructure, stations, bridges, structures, highways, tunnels, embankments and environmental schemes, working with major infrastructure clients including Network Rail and Transport for Wales. You’ll have the opportunity to lead significant projects, influence commercial strategy and work closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders. The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take responsibility for the commercial management and performance of major projects and work packages, typically ranging from £1m to £10m+. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, subcontractors and the wider commercial team to ensure projects are delivered safely, successfully and profitably.
