Procurement Manager

We’re looking for a talented Procurement Manager for one of our clients; a complex manufacturing company based in Lancashire. What You Get * Salary £50-60k * Enhanced pension * 32 days holiday including bank holidays * Hybrid working * Life assurance * Health cash scheme * The opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing business with a great reputation across Europe About the Job * You will manage all purchasing of specialist raw materials for production always ensuring technical compliance * You will oversee PPE, consumables, site service contracts and material‑handling equipment * Ongoing negotiation with global suppliers to secure the best terms and the best price * Monitor the market to keep abreast of pricing pressures or supply risks * Maintain documentation for audits, ensure adherence to relevant standards * support waste‑reduction initiatives and selection of more sustainable consumables * Maintain pricing files, supplier records, contracts and performance data * Working collaboratively with other sites to share purchasing data and supplier performance insights with international teams About You * You’ll have strategic procurement expertise within global supply chains and complex manufacturing environments * Strong negotiation skills and experience managing global supplier relationships * Proven track record delivering year‑on‑year cost savings * Confident working with data, cost analysis and market trends * Experience with procurement systems and Source‑to‑Pay processes * You’ll be able to work independently and collaboratively If you feel that you have the skills and experience for this opportunity, then reach out now for more info
