B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer – A320 Family Employment Type: Permanent / Contract Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights or permanent nights. About the Role - B1 Licenced Aircraft Engineer We are seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with A320 Family type rating to join our growing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out line and/or base maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring continued airworthiness and operational reliability of the fleet. Recent experience on A320 Family aircraft is highly desirable Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and safety standards Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on A320 Family aircraft Perform inspections, defect rectification, and certification of maintenance tasks Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Part-145 procedures and regulatory requirements Support operational reliability and on-time performance Adhere to all company health, safety, and quality procedures Additional aircraft type ratings Human Factors and SMS training Competitive salary and shift allowance - market leading rates of pay Ongoing training and development opportunities.
