About the role

ROLE PURPOSE Business Analysts are responsible for eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for the PMP programme, ensuring solutions address operational needs and deliver measurable improvements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Engage with operational and enabling stakeholders to gather, analyse and clarify business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts including process maps, user stories and functional specifications. Ensure requirements are documented accurately, clearly and to agreed PMP standards. Support testing and acceptance activities by validating delivered solutions against approved business requirements. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), clarifying acceptance criteria and supporting issue resolution. Maintain traceability between requirements, delivered solutions and expected benefits. Support assurance and governance activity by ensuring documentation and evidence are audit‑ready.Collaboration & Delivery Support Work closely with Operational teams, Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, Testers and IT Business Partners to ensure requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented. Support prioritisation of requirements in line with PMP objectives, constraints, risks and dependencies. Act as a point of clarification during development and testing cycles, resolving requirement queries.Key Relationships Internal: Product Managers, Developers, Testers, Project Managers, IT Business Partners, Operational Managers, Quality Manager External: Clients Project Delivery Team, Third‑party suppliers (as required)GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
