AI Engineer (LLMs, Agents, MCP, ML) Location: Remote (UK) Neulinx have partnered with a global SaaS platform in the hospitality and travel space, who are hiring an AI Engineer into a high-impact role. The business is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading AI-driven SaaS companies, and a standout performer within the hospitality technology space, and is now doubling down on embedding AI across its product and engineering ecosystem. You’ll join a 45+ person engineering team and play a key role in shaping how AI, LLMs and machine learning are integrated into a live, scaled platform. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll build, ship and see your work used immediately by a global customer base. Designing and delivering AI-powered product features and workflows • Building AI agents and advanced workflows • Developing and integrating MCP services and API-driven AI interactions • Embedding AI into core product functionality, integrations and internal systems • Identifying and delivering practical AI use cases at scale AI agents, MCP services and advanced workflows, or • ML / deep learning models (e.g. pricing, analytics) • Strong engineering capability, ideally with Python and AWS • Experience integrating AI into existing products or platforms • Shape how AI is embedded into a live product at scale • Remote-first, flexible working If you’re an AI Engineer who wants to build meaningful AI capability in a real product
