About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Weekend Executive Chef to join a prestigious luxury residential development in North London.
This unique opportunity is ideal for an accomplished chef looking for a part-time position while maintaining a senior leadership role within a high-end hospitality environment. Working closely alongside our full-time Executive Chef, you will take ownership of all weekend culinary operations, ensuring residents receive an exceptional dining experience and consistently high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations during weekends.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, fresh, seasonal menus for residents and guests.
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and service standards.
- Support menu development and collaborate with the full-time Executive Chef.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost awareness.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Supervise, motivate, and support kitchen team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment.
About You:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality, residential, hotel, private members' club, or premium restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance.
- Passion for delivering outstanding food and resident experiences.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Food Safety Level 3 certification preferred.
