Combining strong financial acumen with excellent client-facing skills, you'll manage commercial risk, maximise profitability, and build trusted relationships that ensure successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage cost and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring financial performance and sustainability targets are metProduce accurate cost plans, forecasts, and budget reportsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clientsMonitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesIdentify cost efficiencies that align with decarbonisation objectivesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceededQualifications & SkillsEssentialStrong cost management, analytical capability, and attention to detailSolid commercial awareness and financial understandingDesirableExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDegree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldProactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for sustainabilityMembership of a professional body (e.g., RICS)Experience on decarbonisation or sustainability‑focused projects#LI-HN1#LI-Hybrid#RMDFLSummaryLocation: Sunbury-on-Thames-Surrey-United Kingdom; GBR Leeds; GBR Manchester; GBR Reading; Oldham-Manchester-United Kingdom; Reading-Berkshire-United Kingdom; London-London-UK; Romford-London-United Kingdom; Liverpool-Merseyside-United KingdomType: Full time
