Role:
Joining a leading pensions team, you will provide advice to employers and trustees across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious pension law issues.

• Defined benefit
• Buy in and out arrangements
• DB and DC master trusts
• Pensions litigation
• Pensions advisory

Successful candidate:

• 6+ PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• At least 6 years UK pensions law experience gained within a ranked pensions team
• Must have contentious and non-contentious pension law experience
