As a Receptionist in Brighton, you'll be the first point of contact, helping the healthcare department run smoothly by managing front desk operations and assisting visitors. This temporary role is a key part of ensuring day-to-day efficiency within the not-for-profit sector Client Details This organisation is based in Brighton and works within the healthcare industry. Description Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Answering and managing phone calls, emails, and other enquiries promptly and professionally. Maintaining accurate records and updating appointment schedules as needed. Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised at all times. Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. Providing administrative support to the healthcare team as required. Assisting with general queries from staff, patients, and visitors. Following organisational procedures to ensure a smooth front desk operation.Profile A successful Receptionist should have: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the not-for-profit or healthcare sector. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A warm and professional approach to dealing with visitors and staff. Proficiency with office software and equipment. The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Job Offer An hourly rate of £12.00 to £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
