A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Capital Markets team, providing support to a small allocation including the Head of Department. This is a varied role offering genuine exposure to a wide range of interesting projects, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to get involved beyond standard diary and admin support.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Providing EA support to the Head of Department and a small allocation within the Capital Markets team

• Extensive diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements

• Getting involved in a broad range of projects and initiatives across the department

• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on behalf of the team

• Preparing correspondence, presentations and documentation

• Managing expenses, billing support and other ad hoc administrative tasks

• Acting as a key point of contact and helping to keep the team running smoothly

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous EA experience, ideally gained within a law firm or other professional services environment

• Confident, proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload xwzovoh

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and building strong working relationships

• Discreet, adaptable and happy to get involved in projects beyond core EA duties
