Head of FP&A | PE-Backed Buy & Build | Midlands | Hybrid

We're supporting a private equity-backed B2B organisation that's scaling rapidly through a combination of strategic acquisitions and strong organic growth. With significant investment behind the business and an ambitious leadership team, they're looking for a commercially minded Head of FP&A to become a key driver of the next phase of the journey.

This role offers a salary of £110,000–£135,000, alongside a range of benefits.

Head of FP&A- The Opportunity

• Lead and evolve the FP&A function across a growing multi-entity business
• Partner with the CEO, CFO, Board and investors on strategic decision-making
• Deliver commercial insight that drives growth and profitability
• Support acquisitions from financial evaluation through to integration
• Develop best-in-class forecasting, planning and reporting processes
• Develop, coach and retain a high-performing FP&A team

We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong FP&A leadership experience
• Previous experience within a PE-backed and/or acquisitive business
• Commercially focused with exceptional financial modelling skills
• Experience supporting M&A, refinancing or exit preparation
• Confident operating with senior stakeholders and investors
• Passionate about improving performance through data and insight
