Lead, Learning & Culture Transformation

Oldham Council invites applications for the Head of Learning and Culture, a permanent post in Oldham. You will lead the Organisational Development and Learning & Development functions, directing leadership development, wellbeing, apprenticeships and culture change.

This role requires strategic and operational leadership, the ability to turn strategy into action, and to influence senior stakeholders while delivering multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
