Toolroom/Manual Machinist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Toolroom/Manual Machinist to join a leading vehicle restoration company based in North Bedfordshire. In return we offer a competitive salary, overtime paid at time & half. 20 Days holiday plus the statutory entitlement. There is onsite parking & a purpose built workshop enviroment based in a lovely rural location. The toolroom/Manual Machinist will assist with the mechanical restoration of engines, gearboxes, magnetos, dynamos, instruments, electrical switch gear & carburation. The successful candidate will have the following: Previous experience working with mechanical engineering Turning, machining, precision engineering experience. General interest in vintage cars. A desire to learn & adapt. Professional attitude. Ability to work well as part of a team. A clean & organised approach to working
