Referencing Administrator ?? Burton upon Trent ?? MondayFriday | 9am5pm ?? £12.71£13.50 per hour Immediate Start Our client based in Burton on Trent is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Referencing Administratorto join their busy team with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities: Referencing & Administration Conduct credit checks Carry out employment and income verification checks Obtain references Verify affordability thresholds and employment contracts Complete checks and scan identification documents Compile referencing reports and present findings General Administration Duties Cross-reference information to ensure accuracy and database integrity Input and maintain data within CRM and spreadsheet systems Organise and manage digital and physical files Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Respond to email and telephone enquiries What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and databases Previous administration, lettings, referencing, or customer xwzovoh service experience desirable Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Whats on Offer Immediate start Competitive hourly pay Full-time weekday hours Supportive working environment Opportunity to gain experience within the property and lettings sector ??
