Vision for Education is recruiting caring, enthusiastic individuals to join our National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP) and begin an exciting new career as a Trainee Teaching Assistant.
No previous school experience is needed. We'll provide the training, support and paid school placements to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom.
About the Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. Working alongside experienced teachers, you'll help create a positive learning environment by supporting pupils both academically and emotionally.
Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's education and wellbeing.
Following a successful interview and completion of safeguarding and compliance checks, we'll match you with one of our partner schools across the Wirral where you'll gain valuable paid classroom experience.
