About the role
Morrisons Daily in Buckhaven is seeking a customer-focused Convenience Store Manager to run a busy store as if it were your own business. You will lead by example, serve customers and champion the local community, ensuring the store is a great place to work and shop.
You will own four pillars—customer/commercial performance, team leadership and development, operational excellence and community engagement—while working flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
