HR Business Partner Reports to: HR Manager Location: Wood Green, North London Type: Full-time (hybrid) Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wood Green. Support managers and employees with workplace issues like absences, performance concerns, and disputes. Ensure company policies and employment rules are followed while helping with training and development. Assist with recruitment, payroll updates, and HR paperwork to keep everything running smoothly. Help managers handle staff issues like sick leave, performance problems, and workplace disputes. Make sure payroll updates are shared and processed correctly. Support the HR Manager in training managers and improving leadership skills. Work with different teams to ensure HR processes run smoothly. Ability to coach and support managers with staff and company changes.
